ChipTuning & Dyno Test – Measured Performance, Not Estimated

Quality chiptuning is not just about modifying engine software, it’s about measuring and validating real results. That’s why every major stage can be supported by dyno testing.

A dyno test allows precise evaluation of performance before and after chiptuning, providing concrete data on power, torque, and engine behavior under load.

Why is Dyno Testing important in chiptuning?

🔹 Initial Measurement (Before Tuning) - Measures the vehicle’s real power before any modification, checking engine condition and identifying potential performance losses.

🔹 Precise Optimization - Chiptuning parameters can be safely adjusted based on real test data.

🔹 Result Validation (After Tuning) - Confirms actual gains in horsepower and torque, not theoretical or estimated values.

🔹 Long-term Safety: Load testing shows whether the engine, transmission, and auxiliary systems operate correctly after modification.

Client Benefits

You know exactly where you start and where you end

Receive measurable results, not promises

Avoid hidden issues that can occur after unvalidated chiptuning

Ensure a properly executed and responsible chiptuning

Our Work Process

1️⃣ Initial dyno test (optional, but recommended)

2️⃣ Personalized chiptuning tailored to your vehicle

3️⃣ Final dyno test to confirm results

4️⃣ Analysis and clear explanations for the client

Recommendation

For maximum results and total safety, we recommend chiptuning together with before & after dyno testing.

Dyno Test (Dynamometer Testing)

A dyno test (dynamometer) is the most accurate method to measure a vehicle’s horsepower (HP), torque, RPM, and other key parameters in a controlled environment that simulates real driving conditions.

Testing is performed by running the vehicle on specialized rollers, providing real, reproducible values essential for chiptuning, diagnostics, and performance optimization.

How does a dyno test work?

  • The vehicle is securely mounted on the dynamometer

  • Wheels are positioned on steel rollers

  • The engine accelerates, turning the rollers via the wheels

  • The dynamometer measures force (torque) and RPM

  • Real horsepower and other performance parameters are calculated from this data

The result is an accurate picture of the vehicle’s true performance.

Types of Dyno Tests Available

🔹 Chassis Dyno: Measures power directly at the wheels with the complete vehicle assembled, providing results relevant to real-world road use.

We have a 2WD dyno stand capable of measuring single-axle vehicles up to 1200 HP

🔹 Road Dyno: Testing performed under real road conditions, measuring power, torque, and acceleration directly on the street. Our Road Dyno can measure any vehicle, regardless of drivetrain or power

Why is a dyno test useful?

Tuning & Optimization: Precisely verify gains from chiptuning or other modifications (intake, exhaust, etc.)

Accurate Diagnostics: Identify issues that appear only under load (power loss, transmission problems)

Safety & Control: Ensure the engine operates correctly and within optimal parameters

R&D: Useful for engine performance development and refinement
